Koniecpol Fibreboard Factory Joint-Stock Company is one of the leading European manufacturers of fibreboards. The company was founded in 1953 on the basis of a project with Swedish machinery and its production included at first two lines of boards: Hard and porous, with a yearly capacity of 18,000 tonnes. In the years 1957-1960 the factory was expanded with two additional lines of hardboards.
